There are Christmas Piano Books Galore!
There are Christmas piano books for every kind of age level and pianistic level out there.
I've taught piano for seven years now and I've yet to find a student who didn't love to get out these books every year (I have students of all ages)
Because you can find the book that is perfect for you skill level, you can be confident that you can play for friends and family to help get them and you into the Christmas spirit.
I've also added onto here some gear that I've gotten for my students as Christmas presents. They are always a big hit so just thought I'd share them with you!

My Favorite Out of All Christmas Piano Books
Ultimate Christmas: 100 Seasonal Favorites: Easy Piano
Amazon Price: $11.95 (as of 05/30/2012)
This is my favorite Christmas piano books for several reasons:
1) There are 100 songs to choose from.
2) The arrangements are fun but not so out there that you can't remember what the actual piece sounds like!
3) Most of the songs in this book are for the intermediate level. This means that pretty much anyone can play these because beginners can work up to being able to their favorite tunes and more advanced pianists can simply sightread the majority of the songs.
I use this book a lot during the Holidays and my friends and family really enjoy it when I sit down to play.

Think your child can't play "real" songs yet since they just started playing the piano?

These Christmas piano books are geared for someone who has an intermediate level of skill on the piano.
They usually take the standard Christmas songs and arrange them in fun and inventive ways.
These are usually a big hit at parties and family gatherings since they often sound "flashy" and therefore harder to play than they really are.

This is a tutorial site that creates YouTube videos with a person playing the piano and a keyboard on top that shows which keys to press.
They first play through a section and then go back slowly so that you can repeat what to do.
I really like the songs that they pick too because they're so fun and festive.

Get Into The Christmas Spirit
Christmas officially starts at my house when I put up these adorable music note decorations.
My students love them because they know that it's that time of year that they get to start playing Christmas songs and get to try some of my famous chocolate chip cookies (reserved specially for the holidays!)
