Christmas is a time for sharing fun with everyone around you so I thought I would share some of my top Christmas Videos with you all - you can vote and let me know which one you like best. Mrs Claus and I love to sit by the fire, toasting our toes whilst we watch our favourites. Christmas Firecracker Nuts

Spicy but not too hot

1lb (400g) Mixed Nuts
2 tbsps (30 ml) Sunflower Oil
2 tsps (10ml) dry Mustard Powder
1 tsp (5ml) Chili powder - you can use more if you want
1 tsp (5ml) Caster Sugar
½ tsp (3ml) salt
½ tsp (3ml) Allspice
½ tsp Ginger
2 tsp (10ml) Coarse Sea Salt

Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them up well. Put them into a jar with a tight fitting lid and leave them for two or three days. It's better if you leave them longer but I never can!

WOW! Excellent site! i Just love the "do they know it's Christmas" song, volume at Full Blast to shake the house. maybe we need to look at adding to their great work and creating a site to support a charity too
