Christopher Scott is a nonprofit leader who founded A Day of Hope, a student based organization that delivers baskets of food and turkeys to families for Thanksgiving.
He is currently working in Modesto, CA as an AmeriCorps*VISTA Member helping nonprofits in Stanislaus County to build capacity in the area of recruiting, retaining, and managing volunteers.
An avid writer, Christopher is always working to find new ways to reach out and help more people. Whether it be by delivering a food basket on Thanksgiving to a needy family, speaking about nonprofit leadership to a small group, or just being a mentor to someone else that wants to have a positive impact on the world.
