I have a small pantry and it was so full you couldn't see what's behind all the items on the shelf. This soup can rack helped me organize and view my canned goods so much easier! The rack is very sturdy, nicely built, and holds most all sizes of canned goods..great investment!

The Chrome Pantry Can Goods Rack is one of the better purchases I've made in the last year. I tried a few other solutions before buying this one because I was concerned about the price. Inexpensive lazy susans and tiered can shelves didn't what I needed: Organize a few cans of each type together, where I could see what I had at a glance. Many of the competitors are poorly made, and like my old white wire version, they fall apart easily, spilling cans everywhere. Some are poorly sized, like the tiered "can shelving" I bought that couldn't actually hold cans! And some just aren't suited to anything smaller than a 6 person family, like alternatives I've seen recommended here on Amazon, where you're intended to have 10 or more of any one kind of canned food. That's just too much for this two person household to store.

You have a 50/50 chance of bending this thing into a U that won't work. After I struggled to get things to fit, I realized I picked the wrong way. When you form the U the right way, it assembles with no force and fits pretty good. Don't force it together. I'd give it 5 stars, but the directions are an optical illusion of wavy lines and incoherent text. Whoever put the directions together should be fired. I also deducted for it being a little flimsy when larger cans occupy one slot.

PROS: It holds 28 oz San Marzano tomato cans as well as tiny tomato paste cans. It holds way more than I thought it would and is easy to see what you have at a glance. More specifically, with standard sized cans (14-16 oz), it will hold 3 rows of 5 cans on each level. That's 45 cans in one neatly contained space.

CONS: Directions are confusing. It bends a bit under the weight of larger tomato cans. It overhangs standard wire shelves that fit most pantries. Although the weight of it when full keeps it in place, I will be laying down a board that will allow it to sit flat and secure.

When putting the shelves in, notice they go in between two thin metal pieces. Theoretically, when you tighten the rods on each side, the glass should stay in place and not rattle. Well, only one of mine did.

So, my best advice is to fit the metal shelves into the glass and see if they are a little loose (sometimes it's just loose on one end) and use the pliers to clamp and get it so the glass just barely fits into the metal pieces before attempting to put the whole thing together. Use a paper towel or cloth over the metal pieces as they are soft and you will leave marks otherwise.



The Polder chrome and glass bath rack was easy to put together, took about 5 minutes. It is sturdy and looks really nice in the bathroom. A good value for an excellent price.

wanted a shelf for a small bath over the toilet. This one fit the bill. Does not stick out too much and looks nice and neat. We are not going to use the towel rack portion cause I also put a glass shelf under it for small items such as hair spray. The price was excellent and shipping was free with prime. Was not too difficult to put up with the templet provided. Also used my own plastic anchors. Great for keeping a small half bath looking organized.
