Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis
The Chronicles of Narnia written by CS Lewis timeless fantasy tales for children. My son loves to listen to the Chronicles of Narnia series on CD in radio theatre format by focus on the family. Narnia is a world filled with fantastic creatures and the classic struggle between good and evil. Although the book carries with it a Christian message it is not only a Christian series and children from around the world can enjoy these timeless stories full of fantasy and wonder.
The Magicians Nephew
All these questions and more are answered in the Magician's Nephew. A wonderful story of a boy and a girl who discover friendship and a wonderful place called Narnia. Through their adventures the white witch finds her way into our world and into Narnia. Can they escape her anger and her wrath?
This is my son's favorite book of the series as it explains a lot about the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. He also liked knowing something his friends didn't, I think he felt smarter.
