Chuck Ryan Strogish(ModelChuckRyanStrogish.net) is a hybrid male model who successfully accomplished the goal of having the physique capable of walking the fine line of fitness and fashion modeling.

Chuck was born in Pittsburgh,Pa in October,1984. His father was in incredible shape while Chuck was a kid and in the bodybuilding world, and Chuck was interested from the start. He started working out seriously just after high school and decided he wanted to help others achieve the success he has had with his body. He then studied to become a master personal trainer from the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. He has been helping clients privately in and out doors since 2005.

From accomplishing success with his body, Chuck was introduced to modeling by Adam Silver in New York City.

Since then Chuck has done over 50 paid jobs while building his portfolio to show his versatility. He is with 3 agencies in New York City, LA, and Pittsburgh currently. Chuck has worked fitness commercial print, cinematography commercials, runway shows, newspaper fashion covers, in store signage, promotional help, and charity events since 2009. Some of the brands Chuck has modeled includes Under Armour, Nike, Reebok, ASICS, Everlast & some of the companies Chuck has modeled for includes Under Armour,Dicks Sporting Goods, HanesBrands, FreshPair.com,VainStyle Magazine Fashion Week Editorial,Zara For Men,Romance Novel Covers,Gear For Sports, Charles Spiegel For Men, Shop 4.1.2.,MODA,Emphatics,etc.

Chuck has been very blessed to work with some of the countries most respected photographers including Rudy Martinez,Gregory Vaughan,Trevor Reid,Rick Day, Quenell Jones, and Thomas Synnamon to name some.

Chuck is currently living in both Pittsburgh and New York while with agencies including Soul Artist Management,Silver Model Management, The Talent Group, and Sports Lifestyle Unlimited.

Chuck loves helping others and writes a free fitness blog called "The Model Blog" at his website at ModelChuckRyanStrogish.net. There he provides genuine and free updated fitness and modeling tips for you to read and implement on yourself to better yourself. The blog is kept free and only asked that you consider donating $2 to help starving children from FeedingAmerica.org.

Chuck believes that practicing what you preach as a trainer is important and that his main goal is to rub his energy and motivation onto you and have that switch take place for a lifetime positive change.

As a model, Chuck wishes to use his successes and image to have a positive impact on children. Chuck believes that models have a bigger impact then they think on the youth and generally don't use it to help them as much as they can. "Young kids dream of being models and it's really hard to get started in the industry if you're clueless like I was when I started",Chuck says. Chuck is always available to email and ask questions as he wants to help you out like the hundreds of others he has helped already.

Stick To These Foods If You Want Impressive Ripped Abs and Sexy Vascular Arms.
  • Fresh Fish(salmon,tuna,tilapia,sardines)
  • Meat sources(Steak,chicken,deer,elk :-)
  • egg whites(always take out the yokes on at least half of your eggs, keep the whites for the rest)
  • Fruit(frozen grapes,pomegranates,apples,oranges,blueberries,strawberries,etc)
  • Greens and Veggies(Spinach,carrots,broccoli,cucumbers,tomatoes,celery,onions,cayenne peppers,radish,etc)
