Church Fundraisers Support the Work and Goals of the Church

If you are an active churchgoer, do you think attending church on the Sabbath day is enough to help with the works and goals of the church? Some would affirm, but with no holds barred, attending church and being a mere spectator is not enough to show that you take part in the calling of the church. To put simply, you should be more than just sitting there and listening to what the pastor or the priest tells you. You should act and be part of your church's community and offer your full service with no reservations. It is then you will find your purpose- through reliving the intents and good works of the church.

The good news is you can take part of the church's works by being part of the church fundraisers programs. This fundraising project is considered a helpful approach in keeping up with scores of expenses the church confronts in supporting a lot of various organizations in its community alongside other programs outside of church.

Let us try to find out church fundraisers ideas that will surely bring out the best in you and will ultimately help your ministry acquire enough money for its religious and charitable works. Read on.

A Chorale Concert for a Cause

If you are a member of a church choir, most church youth group fundraisers are taking this as one of the best options to consider as far as church fundraising is concerned. Here, you will be able to showcase your singing prowess and at the same time, be able to take part in the objective of the church. If you are planning and organizing a church chorale concert, you need to have numbers of choir groups in your parish. This means that the center stage is not constrained to one group alone, the event should consists of different chorale groups within your vicinity to provide more entertainment and entice sponsors and other people to buy the ticket. You can call this a 'chorale concert for a cause' since all the proceeds will be for the church's good cause and benefit.

A Dance Showdown for the Church's Benefit

Who says church events and programs are only limited to singing? You can also organize a dance contest (i.e. ballroom, street dance, folk) and all spectators will also be purchasing tickets for the showdown; all the takings will go to the church funds. You can also set up raffles for added entertainment. Items to be raffled should come from church sponsors and other philanthropists in your place.

Auction Sale for Religious Purposes

This is comparable and one and the same with the concept of a raffle promo; the only difference is that you will ask other members of the church for an item that can be used in the auction sale. This is a perfect way of generating more takings and profits with the use of donated items to be auctioned.

Be Creative

The truth of the matter is there are a lot of means and ways to conduct and organize church fundraisers. All it takes is just a good dose of creativity, talent, and the heart of serving your church and community.

Hey I see you are involved with youth ministry and fundraising.

My name is Steve, and I help run a fundraising company in Cincinnati, OH. I take great pride in helping church groups and youth groups to easily raise the funds they all so desperately need in order to accomplish their goals.

If you have time, please check out my new lens that I'm trying to get likes for. I just started on Squidoo and think its awesome so far. I help a lot of churches and youth groups with fundraising and I have lots of helpful content to share, but apparently it's not visible publicly yet.

I'm new to all this though, and it says I also need a Like from a Giant Squid =)

Not sure what that is yet, but hopefully I can find one, lol.

There are many great church fundraising ideas that will help you raise the money you need for your church. Youth groups are always raising money to go on summer mission trips to help reach the lost for Christ. Churches need to raise money for soup kitchens, and there are always needs that need to be addressed in the church body.

At North American Power, we recognize how challenging it is to raise funds for your school, church, charity, non-profit or business. You have to invest a lot of time, effort - and quite often money just to raise even more money!

North American Power is offering you the opportunity to partner with our fund raising program, we call it perpetual fundraising! North American Power has created www.napower.org, a zero investment fundraising program that continually raises funds for your organization, month in and month out, while also helping your members save money on their electric bills.

Just imagine, your students, parishioners, volunteers, or employees will be supporting your cause by simply paying a bill they pay each month. A bill you helped lowered!

While Electric Companies still deliver the electricity we all trust, your members can choose to receive it at a lower rate from North American Power just as thousands already have. It's the same electric, same service, same bill. The only change is the money they save! Best of all you never need to ask members to donate the money they save. You receive a donation from us each time they pay their electric bill.

    How it works:

Napower.org will supply you with a free website that will brand your name and your organization along with a toll free number for your members to get started - it takes less than 2 minutes! Your organization will be paid a one time sign-up bonus of $10 every time a member chooses to lower their electric rate with North American Power. But it doesn't stop there! Your organization, will also receive an on going monthly donation from North American Power of roughly $2 or more per member depending on their kilowatt usage!

    Example of potential earnings:

    Members-----------Bonus-----------Monthly Donation
    500------------------$5,000------------$1,000
    1000----------------$10,000-----------$2,000
    5000----------------$50,000----------$10,000

Our top level marketing professionals can create e-mail, direct mail and internet messages to help spread the word!

So LET'S GET STARTED! Please use the following link to obtain your free fundraising website. http://www.newstartenergy.biz click on join button and complete the required information, it's that simple and takes a few minutes!
