Great Online Web Resources

A Blog/Discussion of Web Development and the Church
This is the blog that I maintain and use to discuss matters related to the web and it's unique place with Christian ministry and other non-profits.
Church Marketing Sucks
The blog to frustrate, educate and motivate the church to communicate, with uncompromising clarity, the truth of Jesus Christ.
A List Apart
Great resource for all things related to CSS & Stylesheet design. If you're serious about web development, you MUST have a good and growing knowledge of CSS.
WordPress Blogs - Installation
The blogging platform I use and customize for various blogging tasks from personal use to use in and for the church community. It offers great tools and allows programmers to customize the look and feel to match the overall sites
Wikipedia.org
The location for information on everything from Podcasting to Blogging to RSS...to just about any term you can think of.

Recommended Web Hosting

Hosting Solutions by HostNine
HostNine offers a selection of web hosting plans that can provide you with the best possible solutions whether you are looking to start or move a website. They offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee on all of their servers along with a 45-Day Money Back Guarantee on all of their packages!

This is my first-choice for hosting and I highly recommend this as a solution whether you need one site hosted or if you are interested in being a HOSTING RESELLER. I did my homework and this company has lived up to its promises. Best bang for the buck...
GoDaddy.com
This is the BEST domain name registration manager, period. Great prices and an easy-to-use administrative panel. If you're still with Verio or Network Solutions - make the switch...soon. They also provide inexpensive web hosting solutions.

Good Stock Photo Websites

A collection of the best online stock image galleries

iStockphoto.com : royalty free stock photography community
Royalty Free Stock photography and photos for printing brochures, advertising, annual reports, and electronic use on websites and presentations.
Photos.com
Royalty Free Stock photography available as a subscription service. Good for organizations that use a lot of stock photography in various sizes.
stock.xchng
Royalty Free Stock photography that is predominantly free. This is a great quick reference for those hard-to-find shots. My preference lately has been leaning towards iStockphotos.com but this one comes in handy on occasion.
