What is meant by Chyawanprash?

When I was in trouble on my stomach and fitness in my body I tried several methods to improve my health. While searching for good multipurpose health tonic I came to know about chywanprash .I tried it and get very good results. It is an ayurvedic health tonic prepared from about 45 herbs mainly Amla. This tonic prevents ageing and improves efficiency of lungs, kidneys and purifies blood. This is one of the very old Indian ayurvedic medicines; I want to explore it world. So only I am creating this lens.
