Original Photography - New York City & Twin Towers
I have been taking photographs of New York City for about 20 years. The World Trade Center used to be such a dominant part of the skyline, I found myself photographing the towers often. Both from the New Jersey Side of the Hudson, and from within the city itself.
Many of my photographs of New York City are now available as posters, framed prints and greeting cards. Below are some examples of my favorites. I hope it can bring a feeling of peace to look at these images. I find that many people find some comfort in them. I will be writing more about my experiences, and posting more photography in the near future, so stop by again.

View From the Top - Twin Towers as Seen from Greenwich Village Apartment
This photograph was taken from the fire escape of the Greenwich Village apartment I lived in for 10 years. Sadly, this view is forever gone. The Barnegat Lighthouse is located 2 hrs south of New York City. Gardent State Parkway to Exit 63. Then on to Long Beach Island itself, and left to the tip... where the lighthouse is located. This is my own image that has been transformed into a water color style print.

New York - PBS HOme Video DVD Collection
As a lover of both film and history, this is undoubtably the best documentary I've ever seen. I was awed at Ric Burns ability to make the city a living breathing character with as much trials and turbulations as any great character in history. At times I forgot I was watching a documentary, because I was so dramatically tuned into the story.
With ample time devoted to it's many evolutions, each chapter is both informative and facinating. I have watched the entire series many times, and I am always amazed at how emotionally moving the legacy of this great city really is.

- Really nice job on this lens! You're very talented. It is sad to think those images only exist in media but thankfully people like you have documented the towers in print and images for the rest of us to enjoy.

- Wonderful and sad Lens. I grew up in NJ and went into ;the city' many times with family. Shortly before they were destroyed I was there, on the outside deck of the South Tower, on a beautiful August day...
