I also love Classic Motorcycles
Stars, Legends and other Famous People that ride them.
Posted by I know it,s not a surfboard but what a great example of a classic motorcycle.
Classic Motorcycle Racer Barry Sheene was born in London England, September 11th and was the second child of Frank and Iris. Barry was a "Pommie" that endeared himself to Australians in and out of Motor Sport.
In 1976 Barry won five 500cc G.P.races and hense became World Champion.
The following year he won 6 races and retained his crown riding his SUZUKI.
The RG500 SUZUKI that won Barry Sheene his races was powered by a basic water cooled, two stroke square four cylinder with 498cc or 30.4 cu.in. The photo for your perusal feature the fabulous five spoke gold wheels with the SUZUKI/FABERGE color livery over white looks stunning.
Barry Sheene an all time legend and Classic Motorcycle racer. Barry used his charm and good looks, his smile, and that crazy English accent that was so very unique, that made Barry loved by "Aussies" all over.

San Marino
Famous for Racing or What...?
HARLEY OR WHAT?HARLEY DAVIDSON in SAN MARINO GIFT STORE
Lots of things happen when you are traveling on that once in a lifetime trip. Bad weather in Danmark, worse weather in Switzerland, thats OK if you can ski, but my thing is Classic Motorcycles and interesting people "stars" if you wish, that ride them.
This Classic Motorcycle I can only describe it as nothing else but the best complete work of ART in timber, that I have ever seen.
San Marino was my destination that day, and high upon the mountain overlooking the Mediterranean in the distance, and along what seemed medi-evil streets and alley ways. Just below a hugh castle on the highest point (getting to it) was the gift shop that dealt in novelties entirely made of timber. Ah, yes Harley or what? This piece of art had a full chain fully linked, sprockets, tank, front forks, cylinder barrel fully finned, and now get this, the handle bars and exhaust were shaped from individual pieces also. From what I understand out of this, the artist that manufactured this piece, is famous in Italy for creating timber works as big as cars with as much detail. These articles are the result of patient manual labour, made of pinewood, thought up and produced in small series by Francesco Bartolucci. My only dissapointment on that day was that the image on what I would call a Classic Motorcycle was taken with my mobile, and it seems a little blurred but that's another story.

Bits and Pieces
The video is courtesy of Niagra Falls Classic Iron Museum
It features some great Chopped Harleys, Triumphs, Indians of
Vintage and Classic Era alike. To be grouped seperately would be a sin because they compliment each other so well.
Interestingly enough there are some glimpses of Famous People that rode them, and at their age they too today, would be classified as Classic.

Classic Motorcycles and Hog Heaven
Looking out for interesting items to post to my blog, I stumbled upon this little bit of Hog Heaven. Right in the middle of arguably the most romantic spot in the world Niagara Falls, would be the most unexpected place for one of the best Classic Motorcycle Museums specializing in Harley Davidson's and numerous all time Classics and the Boys at Classic Iron Museum Niagara go on to say that,"Boldly on display in the heart of Niagara Falls' amongst the city's numerous horror houses, wax models of Movie Stars and Rock Stars, and the Criminally Insane, sits the Classic Iron Motorcycle Museum that offers a world class collection of custom and vintage motorcycles from 1916 to the present day. The entire third floor is dedicated to Harley Davidson, and the second floor consists of Indian, Triumph, BSA, Ariel, BMW and more. The museum also includes antique toys, memorabilia and rare motorcycle art".

HARLEY DAVIDSON and New Model Launch 2010
Harley Davidson is a little bit light on, in it's 2010 Model line-up (lousy joke) with no less than nine new models we can swing a leg over. This is unprecedented, and represents the largest model introduction in Harley-Davidson's long history.
Harley-Davidson's entry level starts out with no less than a total of five models says Classicm at
