Other services and products we offer

Tools and resources to help teach children positive character traits.Characters of Character started off as an idea inside of Joni's (my mom, the creator) head in order to help a classroom of LD/BD boys develop an emotional connection. She has worked in the educational system for about 20 years. Since their creation, these Characters have touched the lives of thousands of children. Something that started off as a simple classroom project to help her students better relate to the nine traits and understanding what each trait meant, turned into an organization that I'm proud to say that I'm attached to.

As time progressed, our organization went from an idea into a character education program for educators. Our main focus became putting our character education program into schools across the nation. Of course as time went on we began listening to the feedback that we were receiving. It was not so much the principals that were looking for our program in their schools, but the parents who wanted to use our Characters at home, or social workers who wanted to use our Characters as a tool to reach their behavioral students.

At this point our organization has become so much more then any of us could have ever imagined. We now offer children's book teaching character, activity books, positive reinforcements, an extensive character education program, classroom visits, and so much more. We are continuously bring new ideas to life, thanks to the feedback that we receive from parents. If it weren't for the wonderful people that we meet, we wouldn't be able to bring such effective products to life. In order to know what we need to focus on, we need your input. If it weren't for people telling us things that their children need help with, we wouldn't be able to create such engaging products. You can learn more about our products and services here.

Characters of Character music video

We know that it's not the 'best' video, but it sure was fun! We were lucky enough to find a company at the 2011 Chicagoland Kids Expo who offers a service of creating your very own music videos. They have tons of other rentals available and if you're interested in starring in your own video, check them out here!
