Smear some dirt and add some ragged (appealing clothes) ripped in all the right places.

Strap on a pair of jeans, chaps, a plaid button-down shirt, and a cowboy hat, and ride off to your party

Sports Figure-
Dig out your old athletic gear from high-school or college.

You can create your costume with a minimum cash out-lay. Dollar Stores abound and finding accessories is easy. Thrift stores are an alternative.. you can have a field day searching through the racks of vintage, green, and pick up second hand clothing very inexpensively. .
