The word lingerie is sometimes met with a smutty smile or smirk.

Forget the smut. This lens is about classy lingerie. Classy, as in tasteful, refined, dignified propriety albeit seductive lingerie. If this sound prissy, I make no apology.

Lingerie (the fabric is important, think soft and silky to your touch...) are the best feel good clothing anyone - man or woman can wear.

Buying or wearing a good lingerie is an instant lift.

This lens will cover:

  • underwear (men and women). Yes, initially thought "lingerie and men"?, then decided why not. There are tasteful lingerie for men on the market, crying out to be discovered.

Lingerie is normally associated with women's underwear and nightclothes.

For an infathomable reason, we tend to think of lingerie as special occasion wear:-) You know, bridal lingerie, "naughty" lingerie or "sexy" lingerie.

Bridal lingerie is fine and needs no further discussion. Lingerie classed as "naughty" or "sexy" just shouts, obvious, smut or both. This lens is about classy lingerie.

The French know how to do lingerie. Wander into any big French store's lingerie department and you'll instantly understand and appreciate how beautiful, tasteful and seductive lingerie can be.

A classy lingerie doesn't have to be expensive either, though of course lingerie can be quite expensive depending on the fabric.

Belgium lace lingerie will command premium price, and should perhaps be for that special occasion.
