One of the main characters of Monster High is Clawdeen Wolf. Introduced as a new line of fashion dolls by Mattel this summer, Clawdeen and her friends have become quite the hit with young girls.
Modeled after a monster in old horror movies, Clawdeen is a werewolf. She has an African-American appearance and has wolf ears and protruding fangs. She, along with her best friends Frankie and Draculaura, make up the central characters of the webisode cartoons.

Clawdeen is known to have a wild, uncontrollable nature especially when she sees a full moon. She often shaves and plucks her excess hair that grows rapidly all over her body. She has a older brother named Clawd who is the "BMOC" (Big Monster On Campus), but is not one of the doll characters. Clawdeen has a purple pet cat named Crescent.In the book Monster High, Clawdeen has a tuft of fur around her neck that people think is either a scarf or some kind of stole. Because of this animal activist have been known to tag her with paint for wearing fur.

We got this Monster High doll and bed set for our granddaughter for Christmas and let me tell you it is just really fun! The bunk bed is easy to assemble. There is a bed for Clawdeen and one of her friends. Also in the playset are a refrigerator that looks like a coffin, a straightening iron for her unruly fur...errr hair, funky furry slippers, a can of energy drink, and Clawdeen is dressed in her pj's. We have already had hours of fun playing with it.
