Keeping a clean colon is very important to your over all health, and the best way to do that is to have a diet loaded with raw fruit and vegetables. You will be surprise to know that stress can also lead to colon problems.

Trying to live a life free of as much processed food as possible will go along way in keeping your digestive system. The average adult walks around with 7 or 8 undigested meals or about 5lbs in the colon . The food sits there releasing toxins into the system and before you know it your facing some serious problems.

It doesn't have to be that way there are several different things you can do to avoid that out come. Fasting on water and juice for a short while for instant or as I stated before add raw vegetables and fruit to your diet.

It doesn't take much to improve your over all health, just watch what you eat, try and stay active, get lots of rest and the rest will take care of it's self.
