    When I got my first glass cook top, several years ago, I tried many different types of solutions. Now, I pretty much stick to Vileda Srunge which works best for me. Of course, I don't do too much of cooking, so my stains are that tough and I clean the stop top as soon as I'm done. Thanks for sharing the solutions that have worked for you. Blessings! :)

    Mine is white (or used to be). It's looking pretty stained now. Maybe I'll give some of this a try.

    My cooktop is looking a bit grungy, so I'll have to get to work on it.

    I have gone through this same scenario many times. I too resorted all the cleaners and when I encountered a really bad area I was able to remove it by using a small spatula that has a very sharp front edge on it. I am careful to take that precautionary angle as you say and it does work. This is a great lens for a sore subject...keeping that ceramic cook top clean.
