How To Get A Jump Start 

Before Starting The Cleanse

If you drink a lot of coffee or carbonated drinks, start cutting down. You can begin to make a lot of healthy change by just eliminating beverages with caffeine and sugar.

Add two 8 oz. glasses of water between breakfast and lunch and again between lunch and dinner. For added benefit, squeeze a little lemon or lime into your water.

If you rarely exercise, a great way to change that is to start walking. Start with 15 minutes and work your way up to 30 minute walks. Two or three short sessions of walking are just as beneficial as one long one, so do what works for your. You can add in more activity and even muscle toning with weights as you begin to feel more strength and energy.
