How to clear acne from your face

o Dirt build up on the face may cause clogging of the pores as on of the causes of acne. It will be helpful if you will wash your face twice a day with mild facial foam and water.
o Leaving your makeup on overnight. Your face needs time to rest and leaving your make up on overnight will cause further clogging of the pores. Avoid this by washing your face before going to bed.

2. Sun exposure

o Acne Rosacea or inflamed blood vessels, is causes by too much sun exposure. If you need to go under the sun for long hours, sun screen with sun protection factor (SPF) more than 15 will help avoid acne rosacea.

3. Toxins build up

o Toxin build up causes excess production of sebum. Excess production of sebum may cause acne. It is therefore necessary that you ensure that you will keep your system clean and you will avoid problems including acne.

4. Facial irritation

o Stress on the facial skin such as resting your face on your chin, touching your face often especially with dirty hand, hair rubbing on your face and too much makeup will cause irritation on your skin. This will definitely cause problems including acne. Thus, to stay clear of acne, be easy on your face.

Tips to avoid worsening your acne

Eighty percent of all teenagers experience acne, thus if you get a breakout, do not freak-out. You will only need to ensure you do some of the following tips and you may stay clear of acne sooner.

%u2022 Avoid pricking, rubbing or touching your acne. It will cause further irritation and may even cause infection.
%u2022 Use benzoyl peroxide to dry your acne. You may also need to use oil-free moisturizers just so your acne treatment will not damage other parts of your face.
%u2022 Wash your face with mild facial wash. Please know that you cannot wash away your acne, so do not over wash your face or you may cause further irritation.
