My Blood Pressure

I am waiting on my order of the Clear Heart to come in and I am anxious to try this out.
I know I need to take better care of my self. I heard a testimony how this has really helped people and so I really want to try it for myself. I will be updating to let you know how I like it. Two week update

I really feel better

I am not suggesting any one to come off their blood pressure medicine I was on a .5mg and I ran out and I have monitered my Blood Pressure and i mowed the yard today and I was sweaty and tired and my bp was 148/78 pulse 92 one hour later it was 123/81 pulse 86, early morning it was 117/74 pulse 79. I really like the product I have not had any issues with it. I take 3 a day. morning, noon and night. I really am starting to feel better. I am going to try their weight loss soon that will be another thing to help me with my bp. I am giving this a thumbs up.
