- Hi. Cleveland, North Carolina is my favorite Cleveland. It's a small town but it's very centrally located. It sits between the metropolitan areas of Charlotte and the Triad (Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem). There are several good restaurants and shopping. There's even a small mountain ridge there, which adds to the beauty. GO CLEVELAND!!
