There are lots of attractions in Cleveland, but probably the best known attractions are the Rock and Rock Hall of Fame in downtown Cleveland on the shore of Lake Erie, and the Canton Football Hall of Fame in nearby Canton, OH.

Some other family attractions to visit are the Children's Museum of Cleveland, A Christmas Story House, and The Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage.

Zoo in Cleveland

The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is a wonderful zoo to visit all year round, with both indoor and outdoor exhibits including the Rain Forest exhibit that is completely indoors.

Families with children will find lots of interesting animals to visit, including the koalas, camels, and kangaroos in the Australian exhibit, and the wolf exhibit.

The Zoo also has a wonderful butterfly house that is open during parts of the year. This is a fascinating exhibit for children and adults alike.

Arts in Cleveland

Cleveland is a city that is full of cultural arts activities and events. This includes the visual arts, music, and film. Every year the biggest film event is held in the spring, the Cleveland International Film Festival, and draws thousands of tourists to downtown Cleveland from around the world.

Besides the many museums in University Circle, there are also art festivals, concerts, and film events year round.
