HERE'S WHAT I THINK
Cleveland: Eastside vs. Westside
I was born and raised on the Eastside of Cleveland. As a teenage I never ventured over the Detroit-Superior Bridge. Even now as an adult I like to stay on the Eastside where I know the lay of the land. Clevelander's are a peculiar bunch. I know plenty of Westsiders who have Eastside phobia too.

OK, I'm also an Eastsider -- you see, I'm a split personality. I lived on the Eastside of Cleveland as a teenager, living in Willoughby and attending Willoughby South High. My stepfather was the mayor of Willoughby -- a great place to live. I've seen your resourceful lens on Willoughby with what cool things there are to do there.

Why I'm a Westsider!
JaguarJulie says:
Ahem ... I was born on the Westside of Cleveland and my loving grandmother lived near W. 166th at 16605 Chatfield Avenue. We grew up in the original Kamms Corner house that was moved to Fernshaw Avenue -- and I attended OLA. A truly formative experience.
