Digging A Little About PTC Sites
Recently, I was being acquainted to this so called PAID TO CLICK sites by a dear friend of mine who is internet savvy and is also making money on the internet like me. Being a member of the virtual working society, I am aware that there are lots of scammers online so, I dug out the wiki to find and learn something more about PTCs. Here's what I've found out so far... PAID TO SURF (PTS) or PAID TO CLICK (PTC) is a business model that became popular in the late 1990s, prior to the dot-com crash. Essentially, a company places advertising on members' screens and pays them from advertising earnings. The first and most well-known Paid-To-Surf company was AllAdvantage. It launched in March 1999 and grew to 13 million members in a little over a year with the multi-level marketing system of recruiting new members. The scheme capitalized on the notion that anyone could make money on the internet without much effort. But on February 2001 AllAdvantage halted its operation.
Although, the first Paid-To-Click (PTC) did not last that long, AllAdvantage's success attracted many imitators. At its peak, there were several dozen of PTC Companies. Some disappeared just as quickly as they appeared. Some were still surviving, making a bigger name and building a trusted reputation. And sadly, few were just fraud. That is why I'm a little bit skeptical in joining any money making program. But since it is my friend who told me that these sites are legitimate and since I don't have to spend a dime, I have decided to join and be her referral to not only one site but twenty sites or more.
I've continue searching for the best and legitimate Paid-To-Click Site in the World Wide Web. And finally, I've come up with the best PTC on the net.
Learning how PTC site works.

A Paid-To-Click (PTC) site would provide a small program, commonly called a "viewbar" into their website. Advertisers' banner ads were then displayed while the member was browsing the web. Since the viewbar tracked websites that the user visited, the Paid-To-Click site was able to deliver targeted ads for their advertisers. Advertisers paid the Paid-To-Click owner/company a small amount for every seconds of a member's surfing. Members would be paid to surf the Advertisers Ads for 20 to 30 seconds. In addition to this, Paid-To-Surf companies also pay their members for each new user referred to the company. Thus, it is profitable for a member to garner as many referrals as possible.

When I first joined the PTC / PTS business, most of my fave PTCs were still paying via ALERTPAY and PAYPALl. But it seems that Paypal has changed its policies regarding doing business with PTC sites and denied/rejected/suspended/freeze almost all PTC companies' account.
So, I have listed below the PTC sites that pays via PayPal and AlertPay for the benefit all Pinoy clickers. Good news is, we can now bank wire our funds from AlertPay to our local banks.

My Paid To Click Tips:
TIP:1. Before signing up for an account read first the FAQ and TOS of a PTC Site. This is to avoid confusion.
2. Do not upgrade your account to any paid-to-click site unless you are very sure that the site is legitimate and can be trusted. Do not aim for more, PTC is not a get rich quick scheme.
3. Stay away from MONEY MAKING SITES that ask for a membership fee (or any fee) to join them. (I am 100% sure that these kinds of sites are scam)
4. Common Sense : if your looking for a source of income or online job, you don't have to pay for it. They should be the one paying you!
