Climate Change is happening

I believe the world is a self-regulating programmed environment that adjusts to normal changes. The process is often over a long time, millions of years. But if a threat to its core program is made then the reaction can swift and violent. In a normal environment this would mean eliminating the source of the problem, which means humans.

Climate Change
due to human activity is already happening, so expect nature to continue reacting to the damage we are all doing to the environment until major changes are inevitable. When we reach the so called tipping point, there is no way back. We must stop Climate Change from happening.

Why another web page about Climate Change?

Climate Change is going to effect you and your family

We aim to bring information on Climate Change and global warming issues to as many people as possible.
  • The more the worlds population talks about climate change, the more the politicians should listen. Australia was a good example. The new Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, signed the Kyoto Protocol as soon as taking office. Now the only major country not to sign is America. Shame on you Mr President.

There are so many good people in the United States that care, but their voices are not heard because of the interests of major energy companies and lobbyists.

You can take part by voting and passing comments, and as more WebPages all over the world join together to push the United Nations for mandatory controls on Climate Change and Global Warming. Below are links to my efforts on the Climate Change problem.

By creating machines that continuously pump gasses into the atmosphere I reckon it has to be down to us. We got oxygen in the first place by early life forms altering the gas balance of the planet after all!!

Hey, Hi and greetings from bonny Scotland,
I'm really excited about the challenges ahead. Sounds bizarre? Maybe but the thing is that within the dual challenge of climate change and peak oil lies an incredibly wonderful solution - the chance of creating a different-better kind of world than the oil-addicted one we live in now.
And to the doubters out there and those afraid of loosing their present lifestyle...put simply it will not be a loss but an amazing gain in that people, all of us, in our communities can use our boundless imagination and make those changes.
It's there. It's happening now allover the world and its called Transition Towns.
For the change

How Climate Damage is defined

Many of the effects of global warming are non-linear in nature, with potential for dramatic positive feedback effects. This means that the climate may enter a critical state where small changes can trigger runaway or abrupt climate change. One example of a 'runaway' effect is the release of methane from clathrates (known as the clathrate gun effect). Geoengineering has been suggested as a means of interrupting or reversing these effects.

The 2007 Fourth Assessment Report by the IPCC includes a summary of the expected effects.
