Climategate - Global Warming Fraud - It isn't over yet!
Ranked #5,125 in Culture & Society, #106,340 overall
Stolen emails may prove that global warming is a fraud intended to be used to tax our breathing
Global warming fraud has been exposed to the world by hackers who stole years worth of emails from global warming scientists, and posted them on a Russian server for the world to see. This amazing development has been dubbed Climategate. This apparently resolves the question of whether or not global warming is real. It isn't. The scientists in opposition to this idea were right.
This should be a relief to anyone who was worried about the so-called 'Carbon Tax' that was to be created to tax the breathing rights of every human being except those living in China and India. However, the Copenhagen Climate Conference is expected to still be held, so we're holding our breath (pun intended) waiting to see what world leaders will do now that the global warming fraud has been exposed.

Quoting Dr. Tim Ball

"The files contain so much material that it is going to take some time t o put it all in context, however, enough is already known to underscore their explosive nature. It is already clear the entire claims and positions of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) are based on falsified manipulated material and is therefore completely compromised.
"The fallout will be extensive as material continues to emerge. Reputations of the scientists involved are already destroyed, however fringe players will continue to be identified and their reputations destroyed or sullied."

The question here is flawed I believe. Do you believe this means there's no AWG global warming? There could be some natural warming trends that are NOT caused by humans, where is that choice?

Global warming is the great unknown, well I mean the great unknown to those who belong to certain planet saving organisations!!.It is not a problem now nor will it be in the future, its great to see that the issue is up for debate here. I am and always will a sceptic, but also hold environmental views about recycling and looking after our environment but not at the expense of peoples lives. Copenhagen is an absolute farce, it will achieve nothing as did Kyoto. Many may benefit from some form of nonsensical climate control policy, but it won't be you and me. No only the select many will. I challenge anyone who is a confirmed global warming believer to prove to those among us whom are skeptics, that this plausible, real, is actually going to happen, is not just ideological, and politically motivated. For all those who are speaking out against this nonsensical rhetoric, I salute you we must unite and save the planet from the chicken little scaremongers amongst us......

Climate change is cyclic. Temps go up. Temps go down. Sea levels go up, sea levels go down. Ice ages come, ice ages go. Heck, even our planet's magnetic poles switch directions occasionally. And *humans* can't do a darn thing about it one way or another. Krakatoa and most recently Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Pinatubo individually released more sulfuric acid, carbon dioxide, and ash particulates into the air than all the humans, cows, cars, and termites combined. Those eruptions caused massive climate change and destroyed habitats and ruined agricultural crops. So, I don't say that there *isn't* global warming (depends on which side the sun is shining at the time), it's just that there's nothing humans have done to cause it and there's nothing we can do to stop it. All we can do is prepare for it. Excellent lens.

Also,
" The problem with nonspecialists reading the private correspondence of experts is that their ignorance transforms all the technical points into nefarious inkblots. To continue with the example above, skeptical nonspecialists encounter the word ?trick? and ask for clarification. Schmidt provides evidence that the word is innocuous, but because nonspecialists can interpret neither the context of the original nor that of the further examples, they redouble their efforts: now the rhetorical situation in which the word ?trick? is uttered matters; now the appearance of quotation marks matters, etc. They are convincing themselves that those black blobs represent what they insist they represent, and when experts inform them that those are not Rorschach blots to be subjectively interpreted?that they are, in fact, statements written in a language that skeptics simply do not understand?the nonspecialists look over them again and declare that it could be a butterfly, or maybe a bat.
Lawyers, Guns and Money"
"Hey, P's Bookie, I love that quote. Very nice and a propos. As for global ?warming?, as a physical scientist with some knowledge in the area (advanced degrees, a few papers, and that sort of thing), I try to avoid the term because it is misleading. The ?non-specialist? immediately thinks that the all parts of the Earth get warmer, and when in their little corner they have a particularly cold month or two, they cry ?Hoax?. Instead I talk about climate change, the loss of the pack ice, etc., and point out the the trapping of energy makes the system more energetic, not simply warmer, and hence the system becomes less predictable, etc.
But then the non-specialists come back and say ?See, that scientist agrees that the Earth isn't warming?, and I slap my forehead and wonder why my head bleeds from knocking against the brick wall of ignorance."

People listen! Copenhagen is the ultimate sugar coated vehicle to get world control: Artl. Vl: ...all treaties made... shall be the supremelaw of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby;..." Global warming is a scam of lies, faked facts and data to get to tax you to death to bring down America and any middle classes. They are trying to tax you on carbon dioxide which is not a poison!!!! It's the air you and animals exhale!! They are trying to tax sheep farmers $200. a sheep for carbon pollution so farmers and other meat producer's cannot afford to raise meat give=ing them control over yet one more food source. In school they have indoctrinated the kids to not respect their parents because they have caused the death of polar bears. But there are more polar bears now than 40 years ago. They tell the kids to write up tickets if their parents use too much water. It's just a precursor to getting them to tell on their parents if they hear them talking against the government. They believe in getting rid of 2/3rds of the world population using ergenics (genocide). You won't hear it on regular mass media. It's all owned by their companies. Go to Alex Jones infowars.com and listen for an hour just a few times and read the news he gets from news headlines while you can.. Also I heard they are not letting anyone in who are not in agreement with them.

- I think it likely the e-mails were released by a whistle blower rather than a hacker. They were all nicely compiled as if in answer to a summons, or perhaps to be bulk erased. If the former was avoided, or the latter a possibility; than someone on the inside wanted the truth outside. It is easier to blame ethical hackers than admit to potential liability -- or racketeering and fraud.

They want control over you and your money.
They will not stop their agenda and will try
to distract you from the the facts by marching
on to the tunes of: "Stolen emails", "Hacked server", and "Out of context".
Folks... either 2 plus 2 equals 4 or it doesn't.
To state otherwise - is pure stupidity.
These people's actions - to any reasonable man (who knoes basic math) - are corrupt and malicious of intent.
Each and every conspirator should pay.

- Great lens. It's about time! Yes, there IS climate change. It's called cyclic weather patterns. Ice ages come and go. Plate tectonics cause volcanic eruptions and sea level changes. Nothing we can do about it as humans other than to prepare correctly for it. (Duh, don't put your house on the beach in a hurricane zone? Don't put your hospital on a major earthquake fault zone? You get the picture.) This doesn't however mean that we can't be good stewards of the planet. Don't pollute, don't use gas-guzzler cars, use alternate forms of energy (solar, wind, geothermal/heat pumps), use public transportation, and so on. We need media who aren't so scientifically illiterate that they believe the scam artists out there. We need politicians who don't believe the scam artists as well. Michael Crichton wrote a book about this mess--called "State of Fear" -- although it's fiction it brings up many of these points. Thanks again for such a good lens! 5*!

- Well done, Linda. How refreshing to see something newsworthy in the News category! Silver Spring Networks produces hardware and software to make the electricity grid more efficient (translation: make it easier to tax citizens for electricity use). Guess who's behind that? None other than Al Gore. All you need to do is follow the money.
