Skin can be ever so funny.
It can take a while to find the creams, treatments and makeup bits and pieces that suit you. It doesn't matter what your mates say or tell you are the best sometimes they just don't work for everyone.
It took me agers until I discovered Clinique - shortly before my wedding funnily enough when I was desparately trying to make myself look glowing and spot free! I'd been shopping with my sis and we'd been in and out of the stores, and in one of them I was given some freeby trial samples. They were all so friendly and helpful, they all encouraged me to have a makeover to help with wedding ideas. So just for a laugh I did - and haven't looked back since!
I'd previously been using all sorts of creams and face packs trying to get rid of greasy/dry areas, be rid of my spots and keep my blushing under control (!) but with never really much luck. I tried all my little freebies for a few weeks and semed to notice a small improvement (amazingly enough), so for a birthday presie my sis stocked me up with Clinique goodies and I gave them a proper twirl.
I have to say it was a pretty perfect birthday presie, it's well and truly sorted me out, they're perfect for my sensitive (now spot/greasy free!) skin.
P.S. They're perfumes pretty nice in the smell department too!
