Club Albufeira (Clube Albufeira) is a popular and public holiday resort which is open all year round in the sunshine Algarve region of Portugal. It has four superb pools,each with their own cafeterias,two on-site restaurants,an on-site mini-market and a helpful multilingual reception office to arrange day outings to such places as the Zoomarine ,Splash and Slide.

The holiday apartments of the Club Albufeira are beautifully furnished and ideally equipped for an economical self-catering holiday.There are various types of apartment known as T1 /T2 /T3 ranging from single to three bedrooms,all of which are positioned within tropical gardens and close to all the amenities of the Club Albufeira.

The photo shows just one of the magnificent pools at the heart of the Club Albufeira. Having grass surrounds beautified with tropical plants it is an ideal place to chill out.The pool-side cafeteria serves drinks and snacks and children have shallow pool areas in which to play.
The Club Albufeira has many holiday apartments and all of them are within minutes walk of this pool.
To ensure the smooth running of the rentals to holiday-makers, the owners pay for an on-site manager and an annual fee to the Club Albufeira for the upkeep of the pools, gardens and any repairs necessary to the apartments. Additionally the owners are required to pay for the utilities: -electric, water, waste disposal and cleaning of the apartments. The weekly rental prices quoted to holiday guests are fully inclusive of all such costs and is solely for the hire of the apartment itself.

When 6 guests share the cost of an apartment this represents a considerable saving when compared to paying hotel prices for each person. As the apartments are self-catering, further savings can be made! Drinks can be refrigerated at less cost than the traditional mini-bar of a hotel and during a week's holiday, dining in, rather than going to restaurants for every meal translates into a huge savings on food alone. The apartments themselves offer far more space than a hotel room or a cramped cabin on a cruise and wake-up times are independent of hotel routines.

Being so few in number and of such a high standard, these holiday apartments are always in great demand throughout the year. The demand is of course much more during the school holiday periods, so much so that the demand exceeds availability. It is therefore a wise move to reserve early to obtain an owners` apartment.

Typically by the end of April of each year most of these much sought after apartments are already fully booked for the peak season months of July and August. So the holiday-makers who leave booking their summer holiday until almost the last minute will in consequence suffer frustration and disappointment. Most owners will reserve their apartment for your requested holiday dates with just a twenty percent deposit, the balance is then due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. This then clearly is the way to beat the rush, avoid the frustration and ultimate disappointment.
