The Clubbell Side-Semi
This exercise is a two-handed staple
This tutorial is somewhat rough, but it gives you the idea. Perform the Side-Semi with a Clubbell that is heavy enough to be challenging. Otherwise you do not get the same benefits. You want to have to both resist and work with the momentum of the Clubbell.
