A Warning about Club Navigo
Earlier this year I purchased a Club Navigo timeshare and I have never felt so ripped off in my whole life.
I have yet been able to use my points for any accommodation, but that's not all, read on for my story so you can be warned by it.
I met Club Navigo representatives, Jessica Cabal and Omar Machin while I was on holiday in Miami.
They were slick talkers and made Club Navigo sound like a wonderful idea. We were told it was easy to book accommodation and that we'd also receive a weeks free stay in hawaii as part of the package.
They specifically told us hawaii when we told them that we weren't interested in the other vacation spots they mentioned firstly for the free weeks accommodation and this was a primary reason for us choosing to purchase.
Both of these statements were lies. Now my wife and I have spent $24,500 on a time share that we are unable to use at this stage, plus we never received our free accommodation.
Instead when they sent me my free weeks accommodation voucher, they conveniently changed it to only allow the accommodation to be used only in selected resorts in places like Mexico and other places that we specifically told the representatives when we purchased the timeshare that we have no interest in going to.
And that's not all, even when we tried to use our points, the ones we spent $24,500 on, for accommodation in Hawaii we were told that it is completely booked up for the rest of the year!
How crap is that? When the sales agents were trying so hard to make a sale, we were told that accommodation is very easy to book and is rarely booked up.
What is the point in this timeshare thing if you can't use it? What a waste of $24,500, we've been ripped off very badly.
I warn you not to trust them when they tell you that you get a free weeks accommodation anywhere as they have proved to be the kind of used car salesmen who will say anything to make a sale.
I sincerely hope that my club navigo review helps others decide not to choose club navigo as I'd hate to see others experience a similar nightmare situation.
Oh and no, they won't refund us and they recommend that we book our accommodation a year in advance. What's the point in spending the $24,500 then?
Be warned about Club Navigo.
