Clustering: business netweaving

Thinking BIG by Being Small

From a business networking perspective, the more people you align yourself with the more obligations you bring upon yourself. Like stepping into quicksand, it can actually pull you down rather than lift you up. A much better approach is to align yourself with a few people - say four - in a cluster group. Then, align that cluster with other clusters in a fashion that build you up without pulling you down. And, that is why I started a cluster group. I want to show people how they can actually better themselves by putting the principles of netweaving to work for their business.

Imagine A Wi-Fi Enabled Netweaving Experience

Be Sure to Bring a Pen and a Notepad to the Meeting

Clusters will attempt to meet every Sunday on a weekly basis somewhere in Lake County, CA. If everything goes as planned, eventually Wi-Fi will be involved. Once that happens, portions of the meetings will be recorded and placed online at Talkshoe.com and include a slide show viewable on Squidoo.com, simultaneously. In this way, anyone anywhere in the world can benefit from what is taught at his convenience 24/7.

Form A Cluster Group and Think in Win/Win Terms

Every good business netweaver needs to learn how to "care, "connect" and create a good design for the enhancement of others. Become a "goto" person - an honest resource for someone else's benefit. What goes around does indeed comes around. Good things really do happen to those who MAKE good things happen.

A Great Tool For Any Cluster Meeting

Here is the Wi-Fi equivalent of a laptop that can fit in your shirt pocket. A great tool for one-on-one presentations - both online and offline. Keep in mind that many Nokia N800 tablets are available via Ebay at greatly reduced prices. While the hardware is somewhat standardized, the software is open source and constantly improving.

Looking For A Clever Marketing Device?

Look No Further Than A Digital Photo Frame

This video does an excellent job of explaining the capabilities of digital photo frame and what to consider in terms of options. I confess to being partial to a Wi-Fi digital photo frame as I would much prefer to program the device remotely. But, just consider the possibilities if a large group of clusters were to put Wi-Fi digital photo frames to work to promote their respective businesses in Wi-Fi hot spots across the USA or around the world? I believe it is possible.

Help Spread Cluster Groups Around the World

Bring FREE Wi-Fi to a Community Near You

Any group of four willing to Care, Connect and come up with a good Design to help each other out could easily call itself a Cluster group.

However, to really maximize the full potential of a Cluster group, you should have a virtual mentor who is available via the Net. And, that means your Cluster group should meet at a facility that provides FREE Wi-Fi. I believe coffee shops and restaurants are best-suited for this. It is also important that Cluster groups be able to contact one another through a database. A Ryze network for Clusters has already been established. A Briz.com network will be up and fully operational soon.

What can be done for areas that want to set up a Cluster group, but do not have any FREE Wi-Fi hot spots? Answer: If the area has high-speed Internet access, a FREE Wi-Fi hot spot can be created. There is a program available for restaurants and coffee shops wanting to become hot spots. With this program, the high-speed Internet connection is secure from hacking and viruses. In addition, splash page advertising is provided to help cover the cost of the Wi-Fi service. Therefore, the FREE Wi-Fi is not only free to the general public, but actually free to the location owner where the service is found. The splash page advertising can cover that cost. For more information, visit FreeWi-Fi.

Terrific lens, Lamar. I've been quite busy doing a lot of live networking lately -- always having the Cluster idea in the back of my head. I'm in the process of making contacts with people to turn into a local Cluster here in Richmond, Virginia, in case anybody local is reading.

You're a genius! Always on the leading edge, my friend, Lamar. Clusters are very powerful in so many ways.

I personally participate in a cluster where the more of my own ideas that I share the more inspired I am to continue to create. And, one of the members of my cluster group has shared a contact that will bring me thousands of dollars in business. This is the result of warm, trusting relationships of share - share.

I look forward to participating in the fall with your cluster groups in California.

    Lamar -

I look forward to helping out your cluster program by being a mentor for your group -

This could prove an interesting task for a photographer/artist based in New York City -

In addition, I would like to add that I am most certain that any cluster, in order to achieve any significant results, must be made up of extremely dedicated members completely focused on the common goal and highly motivated and all sharply determined to make their project together succeed.

This part of the creation of such a team I am certain you will place your emphasis on when putting together your cluster group!

    thank you for the opportunity!

    Great lens!

Team building is of the utmost importance in business, and clusters your core "teams".

It can take time to cluster the right individuals, but when it happens, GREAT things come to pass!

    Thanks for this resource :-)
