Make Your Eyes Stand Out With Color

To really make your eyes stand out, you will want to use a highly pigmented colored eyeshadow. First start with a primer on your lid, I like Urban Decay Primer. Then use a dark grey or black color on the lid. Really blend this in, and then apply your color over the dark lid, blend well then do your liner on the top and bottom. I love the 88 palette! I have the shimmer version. These colors are so pigmented and beautiful, and for such an inexpensive price they have an awesome staying power.
