Stay-Healthy Strategies

No Shoes Inside - Keep the germs, dust and dirt out by making the front door your first line of defense. Take off shoes when you come inside. If you have slippery floors, buy no-skid socks or keep slippers nearby.

Wash Hands - We make it a habit to wash hands with soap and water right after we take our shoes off every time we come home.

Primadophilus for Kids by Nature's Way - These orange flavored chewables encourage the growth of good bacteria, keep bowels moving and boost immunity.

Saline Spray - By keeping the nasal tissues moist, you help keep germs from entering through the nose. This also "washes" out dust and other allergens.

Hey Cobie. Love the tips, thanks! My little secret is using browned butter on veggies. Gregory will eat anything with a little browned butter on it, and it's certainly healthier than any manmade fats or hydrogenated oils! Here's a great article on cooking with "brown butter." http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2007/12/12/FDK9TPKAE.DTL
