What Is Squidoo?

Squidoo is a co-op of everyday experts and enthusiasts, like you, who build single pages (called "lenses") on topics they care about. A Squidoo lens contains links to products for sale, to reviews, to pictures, to videos, to RSS feeds, and to blogs. Every time you create a lens, you are contributing to a human index of the best stuff on a given topic. Not only that, but every lens also generates royalty income. Royalties from affiliate income (like a Netflix membership, an Amazon sale, an eBay auction...) as well as from ad revenue. You can send your royalties wherever you want--your favorite charity, your daughter's college fund, your own pocket.

What Do I Do Now?

Already, tens of thousands of people are building lenses on Squidoo. But these are still early days, when the people who act first, act loudest.
