    i made the lemon drop cupcakes and they ended up tasting more like cornbread. To make them taste better,I made lemon pudding and added it into the inside of the cupcakes. I would not make these cupcakes again:(

    These cupcakes are making me drool and I am not real big on eating cupcakes! Do you know what that means when you can make a non-cupcake eater want to rush to the bakery? You have created a wonderful lens! If you do not yet have your own mail-order cupcake business, you should start one.     I made the strawberry daiquiri cupcakes and the pina colada cupcakes, I added lime zest to the frosting of the strawberry cupcakes, I added and tweaked as necessary. Be sure to taste as you go along to achieve the flavor you want. Thanks for the recipes I would have been lost without them!

    This cupcake are mean for adults because of the alcohol ingredient. I appreciate the margarita cupcake recipe, can't wait to give a taste on that.

    There really isn't any alcohol in them; only alcohol flavoring. Even if there was real alcohol, it would dissipate in the baking process; therefore just fine & dandy for kids.

    I use to make so many different types of cocktail cakes, then we moved to Utah & I can't find anyone to share them with. Cupcakes however, could easily be frozen.
    You have several wonderful sounding recipes & can't wait to try them out.

    I started making a few of these.
    Margarita I only added an egg yoke. Turned out good so far. Still need the frosting
    Pina Colada, i used coconut mil instead of water. I am going to baste it will rum to get the taste i want, and use coconut milk in the frosting.
    Sherly temple: too many eggs. I would cut it back a little. I just added the cherries to the batter to try and make up for the egg. I'll keep ya updated

    what do you mean in mojito recipie by saying 'rum optional' - how can it be optional in a mojito??? i'm at a loss to understand who makes a mojito cuapcake without the rum... the poor demented fool. they do not know what they are missing :)
