Everyday a new diet comes out or a plan that promotes weight loss, but why do we have to constantly pay for these programs with meager results? Obesity is becoming an epidemic throughout America and with the ease of affordability minus healthiness, our weight is slowly stacking with. Sticking to a diet can be hard for some as it is a lifestyle change and a plan may be to much exercise that one may be willing to do. However, everyday there is research that shows us the natural ways to lose weight and to keep it off. We just have to search for it.

Well search no more! The diet I'm about to introduce is nothing different in your daily routine except for a few tablespoons:) You don't even have to change your eating habits!

type=textCoconut oil dieting has been considered to be a myth as well as a miracle by many! I have recently become more healthy and have been looking into ways to remain that way. In my endeavors, I came across coconut oil. At first, I just wanted to cook with it as it was better in fats than vegetable oil but soon did more research.

Coconut oil is a medium chain triglyceride. Meaning it burns faster than long chains such as vegetable oil. Since it burns faster you become full faster. See the benefit? Supress your appetite without having to supress your diet. The concept behind the coconut oil diet is that you don't have to change your daily routine, it is just a natural way to feel full wuicker and longer, adding to a natural decline in calorie consumption.

All you have to do is either take three tablespoons a day or just change what oil you cook with. Sweeter tasting and better for you naturally. Is the decision that hard to make?

Cooking Fried Foods with Coconut Oil

type=textSince coconut oil is still an oil, it is still high in fat but we need fat in our lives and is viable for our health and well-being. It is up to you as a consumer whether or not you look for the good or the bad fats. I have personally tried to eat three tablespoons of coconut oil a day and while it is certainly doable, it doesnt have a bad flavor at all, it is way easier to simply incorporate it into my everyday cooking.

Coconut oil melts down real quickly, you can put it on low heat and in under a minute it is in oil form. I am not ready to cut out fried foods at all in my life but I do not mind transitioning from the type of oil I cook with. If you look at coconut oil as a healthy alternative to vegetable oil, butter or even margarine, you can use it for just about everything.

I personally fry my own chicken nuggets with coconute oil. Grilled cheese sandwiches are great, simply use a teaspoon of oil on each side and you need no butter! Since coconut oil is home to the kind of fat that fills us up, we can eat what we like while getting full faster. Coconut oil does not burn off our fat but simply tells our mind that we are starting to feel full. It is simply to lose weight with coconut oil because it tells our body and mind when to stop eating!

    nice blog. i had tried this Acai Berry Sekect weight loss supplement while trying to lose weight and i say it is really effective. until i am still taking it to maintain my figure and to keep me looking fresh. i am not afraid of its side effects since it is all natural.
