I use coconut oil for cooking and baking. It's my permanent cooking oil now although it leaves some of my food with a slight coconut taste, I don't mind it at all, knowing that it's very beneficial. I also use the oil as a moisturizer or a hot oil hair treatment.
I drink coconut water because I exercise on a daily basis so it helps keep my energy levels high. It truly is magnificent!
