    I am fascinated by all the healthy properties of coconut oil, especially since it got such a bad rap for years. The recipes look great. Can't wait to try them. Oh, and our cat loves coconut oil too. She gets so excited. It's really cute! Thanks for the great lens.

    Cool lens. I wanted to Lensroll you to my lens COCONUTS SAVED MANY LIVES DURING GAS ATTACKS IN WORLD WAR I but I noticed they just eliminated that feature. Oh well. I tried.

    My husband's father was Jamaican, so he grew up with coconut flavor in lots of foods. I love it! Thanks for pulling this together (now I'm hungry...).

    OMG, I just love Coconut. I'm from Puerto Rico, and many of our dessert dishes are made with coconut. Oh and how can I forget... Piña Colada! Yummy. 5*

    I just love coconut ANYTHING! I used to use coconut oil for lots of cooking and even for my skin but somehow or other I drifted away from that. You have convinced me to get back into it! That coconut custard looks delicious. I just found a recipe for coconut bread that I want to try, too. I'm bookmarking this and lensrolling it, too. Good job!

    I love coconut. My favorite coconut food is a Mounds candy bar! And I love coconut cake and once I had a coconut milkshake that was truly out of this world. As far as savory dishes with coconut, there's still a sense of mystery for me.

    These do look delicious! I don't believe I have ever made any recipe with coconut milk except Coconut Cake, which is wonderful. I will have to try these recipes. Thanks!

    Well done lens! I'm not a huge fan of the "meat" of the coconut, but a few years back I reluctantly tried a Thai dish with coconut milk in it and loved it. I was surprised, actually. But I've never had any other dish with coconut milk as an ingredient--that I know of. I sure wouldn't mind trying that coconut prawn curry.

    From where I come from, coconut milk forms an integral part in many of the dishes. So many delicious recipes out here. Yum!
