My Favorite Cod Recipe
Cooking can't get any easier
Heat a frying pan. Add some olive oil. Salt and pepper the filet to taste, and dredge in flour. Cook in the pan until the fish is no longer translucid.
Garnish with parsley and lemon, and eat.
Awesome. Basic.
