Our family includes one coeliac child - now aged 10.  Since she was diagnosed aged one, we've learnt a lot about how to manage her diet and the various social events she enjoys.  And its not that hard! If we can do it, you can too.

Whether you call it celiac disease, coeliac disease or sprue, the need for a gluten free diet is the same - and of course there are other problems for which a gluten free diet is either essential, such as dermatitis herpetiformis, or for which it may be helpful in some cases, such as autism or psoriasis.

Please follow our links to learn more about living gluten free, to read about our dietary ups and downs or to buy items which may be helpful in managing your day to day life.
