Limited Warranty A Krups product is warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. If it proves defective they will repair or replace and if you have 3 months left, then you only have 3 months on the fixed product. They decide if they will cover it. Always read any warranty completely as this is just a general overview.

Krups has a wide variety of home appliances with many factories and a name that has stood the test of time. A company around this long has got to have a great product. Distributed worldwide in almost every country.

Manufacturers warranties seem to be the same or similar, both have limited 1 year warranty, replacement and repairs at their discretion, but I think that if you did have anything wrong, they would back the product. Keep your receipt, tuck it away somewhere nice and safe. You never know, that should be the same as with any product purchase, even if you use a credit/debit card. Keep the actual receipt.

Purchasing online depending on how you purchase, you should have the ability to print or save a copy at your checkout. Do this and don't be lazy about it. The more that you have proof, the more you are going to get things fixed when that time comes. Eventually it catches us all.

Thermal is the actual coffee keeper, basically its a carafe style that will keep your coffee warmer longer, and is more expensive then the glass type. Keeping the heat in for longer is always a plus I know I get tired of reheating my coffee. So there you have it, more expensive. If you can afford it then I say go for it!

These two have again pretty much the same warranties. As with all manufactures they do not vary much. Are you getting frustrated yet? What does this guy know? I drink coffee everyday, Tea also, I drink lots of it, like water. To make the perfect cup, follow the directions on what maker you are using, then go from there. I am always tweaking, even getting as far as measuring out the exact same amount of water, to scoops of coffee. You really gotta ask yourself, what was I gonna learn here that I did not know? so just look at the different products, shop around and make a unbiased decision. p.s keep your receipt!!

Bunn; They have over 50 plus years in the coffee industry. They make some pretty dang good commercial products and with that knowledge it transfers over to the private sector.
