Are there any health benefits to coffee?

There are quite a few people in the world that think drinking is bad for your health. These people believe coffee makes you hyper, fidgety, and unable to focus on any given task. Coffee is like most luxuries in life, it must be consumed in moderation. It's okay to take in unhealthy foods, but be sure to keep everything balanced. You have to agree that if you would drop all the unhealthy stuff in your diet, there wouldn't be much left for you to eat or drink. I know everyone is different, and their ideas of balance change, but my personal belief is to only drink about 3 cups of coffee a day.

A cup of coffee is favored across the world, but the greatest consumers of espresso anywhere may be the United States, Germany, and France. Americans, the French, and the Germans drink more than half, around 65%, of the all the coffee supplied on this planet. There are nearly 400 billion; thats right billion, cups of coffee drank every year and more coffee drinkers join the rest of us all the time. When talking about the most profitable crops grown around the globe, coffee is always on that list. In 2005 coffee was 7th biggest crop export across the world.
