Roasted Dandelion tastes very much like coffee without the jitters. It is the best alternative that I have found to caffeine. Chicory is similar as well.

- wholemeal bread
- pasta, rice or potatoes
- fresh fruit
- fresh vegetables
- pure fruit juices
- milk
- yogurt
- butter
- cheese
- legumes
- nuts
- seeds
- sprouted seeds
- honey
- herb teas
It does not include low vibration foods such as meat, alcohol, or coffee. These inhibit our spiritual connection. The more natural and "live" or raw a food is, the higher the spiritual vibration it has.
