Colbert is the greatest human alive. Rain doesn't even contest. The only reason he let Rain win was because, if he had unleashed his true DDR moves, Rain would've melted. And it's spelled "Stephen".

Rain is an idol to many people, not because of humor, or looks, he has fantastic talent, and he does charity work too. He doesn't come from a great background and has worked his ass off to become the number one Asian superstar in the world. Also, many people don't know much about B Rain at all, check him out, he beats Stephen Colbert any day!
