Too much Sauce is not a good thing!
This is a real hoot. I was looking for a funny image of a man sitting in a dentist chair being examined and saw this image of funny cat smiling. It doesn't have anything to do with a man who had too much Hollandaise Sauce, but it's funny just the same!
Man Does to a Dentist
A man went to his dentist because he feels something wrong in his mouth. The dentist examines him and says, "that new upper plate I put in for you six months ago is eroding. What have you been eating?"
The man replies, "all I can think of is that about four months ago my wife made some asparagus and put some stuff on it that was delicious...Hollandaise sauce. I loved it so much I now put it on everything --- meat, toast, fish, vegtables, everything."
"Well," says the dentist, "that's probably the problem. Hollandaise sauce is made with lots of lemon juice, which is highly corrosive. It's eaten away your upper plate. I'll make you a new plate, and this time use chrome." "Why chrome?" asks the patient.
To which the dentist replies, "It's simple. Everyone knows that there's no plate like chrome for the Hollandaise!"

Steakhouse Garlic Butter
My Favorite Steak Sauce
This is it! I love steak! After grilling and removing a perfectly seasoned steak from the grill, drop a dallop of this on your steak and watch it melt before your eyes and then in your mouth. WOW! Call me anything but late for dinner.1 stick unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, crushed and minced fine
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper (may substitute black)
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Put the butter in a bowl and leave at room temperature until it is soft enough to work. Add all the other ingredients and mix to combine thoroughly. Using a spatula scrap the butter mixture on to a square of plastic wrap. Shape into a log, and roll the mixture up in the plastic, twisting the ends.
Refrigerate until firm. When ready to use, remove wrap and slice into rounds. Place on hot steak just before serving.
