Cold calling highlights
Discover what your customers really want or need ... or pay the price of lost opportunity!

All too often-So many people in business decide FOR their customers what they want and need ... and get it wrong! You just cannot afford to make assumptions. Making assumptions is a bad thing. If you think you know the answers, the price you pay is lost opportunity. Once it's gone, its three times as difficult to get it back. As soon as you discover what your customers really want and needs you'll multiply the results of everything you do.
Biggest Single Reason
How you can influence up to 80% of people in favour of your business over your competitors

You and I know that the biggest single reason people don't buy products or services from a supplier is that they don't want to make a mistake. Right! They don't want to look stupid. They don't want to mess up. They don't want to be the first to try your product or service. If you can eliminate that possibility altogether, people can't help but take advantage of your product or service, and ultimately referred others to you.

Their Voice is Your Corporate Image

Do First Impressions Really Count?

Let me explain what I mean:

Here is a test for you. Make a few quick calls to a few organisations including yours and listen to the way the receptionist answer the phone. (Perhaps posing as an irate customer)

Ring your office and see for yourself
Some are very good and don't make you feel intimidated and some are utterly useless. It's an effort for them to pick up the phone. (Perhaps you've interrupted them from their afternoon nap.

Do First impressions really counts?
Becoming good at customer service is not an art. It is dam right politeness and professionalism.

Companies should pay more attention to the way their staffs answers the phone, because simply put, your customers is someone else's customers. Treat me wrong and I will "bad-mouth you for ever." Treat me right" and I will love you for ever.

So going back to answering my first question. Do First impressions really counts?

Sure as hell do!

The telephone is potentially the most powerful business tool that is at your disposal. Use it correctly %u2026 It is a wonderful "image building" tool for your business to utilise as a marketing weapon for reaching your target market.

Becoming a "Director of First Impression" is a MUST in the 21st Century. Why? Because there are millions of competitions out there who are offering services or products similar to yours.

What this means to you?

If your company wants to have sustainable growth, prosper and grow. If you want your company's name to be in the limelight for years to come %u2026 Get your impressions up!

Why?

Their Voice is Your Corporate Image
Because to a potential or existing client %u2026 irrespective of HOW GOOD YOU ARE %u2026 these first impressions have an overwhelming impact on their overall perception of your people and your business.

Let your people understand that whenever they answer the telephone, THEY ARE THE COMPANY!

Their voice is your Corporate Image. How they deal with people on the phone may sell or un-sell a potential customer.

Do first impressions really counts? You bet ya!

How NLP Can Help You In Sales?

Who do you prefer to buy from? The pushy salesperson who talks at you or the person who takes the time to discover your needs and then helps you find the best match for these? Not a difficult choice, is it?

Winning business in today's tough market can be challenging. In order to win you need to leverage all of the available sales tactics and strategies that will open doors and win business.

Using NLP in your sales presentation is one way of leveraging sales opportunities. However, chances are that many of those who first come across NLP wonder what it is all about, even if it appears in the context of influencing human behavior through the adoption and practice of certain established techniques and procedures. Actually, NLP stands for Neuro-linguistic Programming, where 'neuro' is something related to both mind and body, 'linguistic' is about language patterns or structures and 'programming' is devising ways and means of coordinating mind, body and language for shaping behavior so as to achieve better results than before in various walks of life. In a sense, NLP can help you in many ways, if only you get to know its techniques and how to use them for your benefit.

"Let Your Personality Shine through and OUTMARKET YOUR COMPETITION"

"WOW Your Customers and They Will Love You Forever"

A lot of sales people are struggling to survive in the sale industry, and many are searching for new ways to attract customers. Are you one of them?

Well I want to help you succeed in finding new ways to attract customers simply by thinking outside the box and being creative.

Every one of these ideas we are going to talk about requires a cold call in what ever shape of form. A call only becomes 'Warm' or 'Hot' when you have spoken with a prospect and they inform you that they are interested in your product or service.

When a prospect is referred to you, don't automatically assume that that is a warm lead. That lead is still a cold lead until you have spoken with the prospect and they express an interest in your product or service.

Over the next few days I am going to give you some great tips on being creative and thinking outside the box for finding new ways to attract new customers.

Are you ready?
  1. Here we go

Here are 6 effective tips to start using right away..

    OUTMARKET YOUR COMPETITION BY:
    "Using camtasia PowerPoint presentation to"

    Introduce your product or services
Highlight your findings from your research (this is research you've done of the organisation before you phone them)
    Demonstrate a feature
    Demonstrate a benefit
Give a tutorial on how to use your product or services
Go on be creative and out market your competition

Pointers: Camtasia can be use for PowerPoint presentations, voice, and Web camera video to create compelling video tutorials, training presentations, and rich sales demonstrations. I think they had sales people in mind when they develop this software. Very cool!
  2. OUTMARKET YOUR COMPETITION BY:
    "Using Blogs for"

    Blog about your business
    Your USP (Unique Selling Proposition)
    Latest news
    Great offers
Every time your company introduce a new product or services
    A press release
    Your latest article etc.

Go on be creative and out market your competition

Pointers: Your USP should stand you apart from your competitions. It should answer the most fundamental question that every bury needs to know. "Why Should I Buy From You"
  3. OUTMARKET YOUR COMPETITION BY:
"Using press release for attracting new business"

If you give great value to your customers and you have a client bank for testimonials and endorsements. Do a press release about this. Ask your customer permission for putting your testimonials in blogs and articles then do a press release and let the worlds know that you exist.

Go on be creative and out market your competition
  4. OUTMARKET YOUR COMPETITION BY:
Using referrals for attracting new business

OK let me put it this way
You must have loyal, regular satisfied customers whom you have sold to and who are happy with your service. Right! Otherwise you or your company wouldn't be in business today. Therefore, I'm sure your satisfied customers will be more that willing to give you referrals.

Even those whom you haven't sold to yet may think you have a great product or service, but they themselves is tied in with another supplier. Ask them if they know of anyone of their contact that may see the benefit of using your product or service, and be sure to tell them that if there is any sales directly results form the introduction, you will give them a commission.
Don't make it hard work. Work smart!

Pointers: make a referral process a part of your cold calling strategy. Why?
Because referrals are by far the best type of customers to have. They already know how good you are as a result of someone else positive feedback.

Go on be creative and out market your competition
  5. OUTMARKET YOUR COMPETITION BY:
"Work It! Work It! Work IT! Work your current customer list"

Let me ask you this ... Do you crave a simpler, easier way to attract new business?
If your answer is 'yes' then you have one of the most cost effective, productive and powerful methods of attracting new business right there in the palm of your hand. "Your customer list"

Pointers: Use it wisely to market to your customers in a pro-active way. You can do that by phoning, writing, emails, mail shot, and all the other creative ways mention above.

Go on be creative and out market your competition
  6. OUTMARKET YOUR COMPETITION BY
    "Bumping up and Selling Up"

'Selling up' or 'up-sell' - The same thing. Sell additional products or services that complements their purchase. This might be the missing link between you and the greater success you deserve

Pointers: Another great idea is to think of an organisation as a grid. For example, vertical and horizontal, so now you have up-sell other products you can cross-sell to other departments, regions, depots, head office, etc. Be creative with your thinking.

Now go and be creative and out market your competition
