    I love to camp, although it's something I've not gotten to do much over the past several years. I intend to change that. My family growing up almost always only used the Coleman brand.

    I have been using coleman gear for more than 50 years, and think it is the absolute best on the market. My earliest memory was of a coleman liquid fuel lantern that we used during power outages from hurricanes when I was a young boy. Nowadays we favor the more convenient propane powered coleman products. See my blog at

    This brings back so many memories for me of camping as a child. I think everything I used back then was Coleman! I still use Coleman lanterns - one came in very handy during Hurricane Ike!
