College Football Parlay Example

If it's college football season, you can bet on one thing-the college football parlay is alive and well. It's one of the top betting methods during the college football season.

Placing a college football parlay bet is easy and it's easy to understand.

First, you need to decide how many NCAA football bets will be on your ticket. Let's do an example with three bets, which means we're placing a 3-team college football parlay ticket.

Your bets can be either sides or totals (see explanation below).

Here's my example college football parlay bet:

1. Washington Huskies + 8

2. USC Trojans - 33

3. Ohio State - 7

With a college football parlay it's all or nothing. You must win all of your bets to cash out.

The amount you win depends on the amount wagered (of course) and the number of bets placed on the ticket. For instance, the above 3-team parlay will probably pay 6-1. If we add one more bet, the payout might go to 11-1.

Each sportsbook has their own payout structure, but most tend to stick around the norm.

If you're looking for an easier way to win, try teaser bets. You get more points with a teaser, but it pays less, because it's easier to hit. More on this later.

College Football Parlay Payouts

Most sportsbooks (online and in Vegas) stick to a general payout schedule. Some do offer specials from time to time.

Here's a standard payout for your normal "ties win" parlay card:

2-team Parlay: 13-5
3-team Parlay 6-1
4-team Parlay 10-1
5-team Parlay 20-1
6-team Parlay 40-1
7-team Parlay 75-1
8-team Parlay 100-1
9-team Parlay 150-1
10-team Parlay 300-1

ForWomenOnline ยป Steve McNair:Master Of The Game Gone Too Soon
An avid sports fan, I remember hearing about ?Air McNair,? the nickname given to McNair as he put black college football on the mainstream map. As a student at an HBCU, I beamed with pride when McNair was drafted and wanted to see him do ... Injuries caused McNair to retire last year at just 35, but I was hoping he'd be one of those former players who could parlay their knowledge of the game into a career in broadcasting or at the very least, be an ambassador to the game ...
