SAT Test Preparation
When it comes to tests to help you prepare for college, there are two options. One is the SAT ant the other is, obviously the ACT. No matter where you go to college, these tests are generally accepted as standard. There are many similarities, but also many differences between the two tests.I would advise you to take both tests and compare the scores and get a determination on which test better portrays who you are and how you do in school. They will tell you your strengths and weaknesses to the colleges that you are applying for. Our recommendation is that you take both tests twice as you will only have to report the better of the two tests to the colleges. You should take them in both your junior and senior year in high school.
Preparing to take the SAT tests is critical to your students success and it is well worth the time to take practice tests as much as you can. The one and only site that is worth your time to practice is Peterson's. Peterson's offers services ranging from personalized SAT and ACT online courses to practice tests for the SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, and more, to Best College Deals, a unique college search tool. Peterson's has been the leading college search, test prep, and financial aid resource for almost 40 years, and is the exclusive provider of college search data on Yahoo!.
SAT:
The current SAT Reasoning Test is administered in about 3 hours and 45 minutes and costs $43 ($68 International), excluding late fees.
There are two types of questions that are asked on the SAT l test, Verbal and Math. The SAT ll on the other hand are one-hour subject tests, which mainly are multiple choice and deal with specific subjects.
SAT consists of three major sections: Mathematics, Critical Reading, and Writing. Each section receives a score on the scale of 200-800. All scores are multiples of 10. Total scores are calculated by adding up scores of the three sections. Each major section is divided into three parts. There are 10 sub-sections, including an additional 25-minute experimental or "equating" section that may be in any of the three major sections. The experimental section is used to normalize questions for future administrations of the SAT and does not count toward the final score.

- Excellent lens for those who would like to earn online college degrees in whichever field they desire. The main advantage to home study is that you have that much needed flexibility allowing you to mould or rather sculpt your degree programme around your current life situation. Excellent work nonetheless.
