This is a golden rule as during the flushing process it is possible to become dehydrated. Not everyone is keen on water alone and for those that just can't drink it as nature intended, then adding a little freshly squeezed lemon juice may make it more palatable.
While you're on a colon cleansing diet some of the good bacteria in the gut and colon may be washed away with the bad guys and it is therefore advisable to include a pro-biotic supplement for the duration of the diet. Although pro-biotic yogurts have become easily available, dairy produce is not part of the colon cleansing diet routine, so buy a good supplement in the form of capsules.

The diet on the other hand, is 10 days of drinking things that taste terrible (especially the 32 oz. of salt water each morning - good luck with that one) and about 80 trips to the can every day. have been on diets my entire life but as of this past January i slowly started cutting out meat and then about a month ago, most dairy. I have done juice cleanses before and always dreaded the next glass of liquid. Not so with the Master Cleanse! Your instructions and tips made this the easiest yet.
